The Healthy Edge Cooks: Quinoa for
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Healthy Edge co-founders Amber and Brian are back with another fast-paced cooking class that teaches students to use foods and recipes that help ėreleaseî weight and nourish the body- mind. Students will learn about the ancient high-protein grain quinoa (ėkeen-waî) and will leave class with at least four new recipes using it as a base for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and desserts. After Brian and Amber create each dish, students will sample Fiesta Breakfast Scramble, Colorful Quinoa Salad, Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers and Sweet Quinoa Pudding. More recipes, weight management tips and inspiration are also on the menu for this fun new class!
